Villa Bonizella offers a truly unique experience – one that can only be offered by a family like ours, which was established in Italy and Tuscany for centuries. To do this right, we are opening doors not otherwise accessible to tourists. The combination of access and the Villa’s location (close to Tuscany’s main attractions) will make this experience unforgettable.
Wine tastings, for example, include stops at the Fattoria dei Barbi, hosted by our friends the Barbi Colombini, one of the five original families producing the world-famous Brunello di Montalcino. And they include a visit to our own family winery, the Majnoni Guicciardini Chianti vineyard and estate, established by our ancestors the Counts Guicciardini and Strozzi Princes.
What further sets this experience apart are our curated tours, which weave seamlessly between gourmet meals and relaxing by the pool. Guests will go on carefully tailored journeys through Florence, San Gimignano, Pienza and Siena, stopping by the most renowned museums in the world, filled with masterpieces by Michelangelo and Caravaggio. Guests will also experience private art viewings arranged exclusively by the Villa, and not available to any public anywhere. Further Tuscan flavor will be provided by a local Chef, who will lead a cooking class and then prepare a gourmet dinner served by the pool.
